
As we know,Mondays r de most difficult transition for most of us. We just had 2 glorious days off doing stuff we chose to do.After a sweet and lovely weekend, it feels hard to step in again to de opish on Monday’s morning, nak2 klo ad some important meetings, discussions, appointments or deadlines on de 1st day of the week. huhu nk x nk we still hv to carry on the meetings, appointments,discussions n etc.... regardless we like it or not~!!!!!!!
so, demi mncari sesuap nsi,tpaksa la lwn MB ni.. klo duk lyn MB nimxkemane la kite...so,we hv to take some of the control back n make ourself feel good on monday. bkn ckp ttg eating ciskek,bueno,cadbury chclate,kitkat...but yesss, itu slh satu part yg blh wat ak feel good... hihi but I’m talking about doing small things dat can redirect our focus...cmno nk buat?? 1st~!! call a fren, n ckp ttg fun topics,gelak2 d awal pagi...blh jgk tgk funny video clips and positive quotes..Once recharge, we are more energetic and could get things done more effectively!,

jadikan setiap hari tu, seperti hari jumaat mcm dlm gmbo nim... SEMANGAT~!!!
